With more than 15 years of experience in social work, case management, and counseling, I offer compassionate support for adults navigating life’s challenges. My approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Treatment, and trauma-informed practices such as Seeking Safety.

Over the years I have walked alongside people facing depression, anxiety, workplace stress, life transitions, and the demands of caregiving. I have had the privilege of supporting adults, veterans, and caregivers in finding balance, building resilience, and developing healthier ways to cope.

I view therapy as a collaborative journey. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and explore new tools that help you move forward with strength and confidence.

  • The pressures of work can take a toll on your mental health, leaving you drained, anxious, or disconnected. These sessions are tailored to professionals seeking better boundaries, stress management strategies, and healthier approaches to career challenges.

    • 50-minute session – $200

  • Changing careers, stepping into a new role, or navigating other big life transitions can feel daunting. Therapy can help you clarify your values, strengthen your confidence, and move forward with purpose.

    • 50-minute session – $200

  • Getting started matters. Our first session is a little longer so we can talk through your history, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and manageable.

    • 75-minute session – $225

All sessions are 100% confidential and offered virtually.
